just booking easy self-catering accommodation availability calendar, booking and marketing system

The just Booking service is sold on a per property/unit yearly basis, starting any day of the year.

There is an initial set up fee of �20 (excl. vat) and the rate per year is as set out below:

1 property �48 (or £4 / month)

2 properties �36 each (�3 / month)

3 - 6 properties £30 each

7 - 14 properties £24 each

15 - 24 properties £18 each

+ 25 properties £15.00 each

The availability calender can be in use for up to 2 years i.e next years can be started at any time this year with just one payment.

To appear in the global availability search results e.g. at holiday-cottages.co.uk an annual £15 (+ vat) charge per account is made.
